Getting to know Viu: What are their apartments like?

As you're already aware, Viu Sagrada Familia is Spain's pioneering sustainable coliving and coworking space. Today, we'd like to give you a deeper insight into who we are and invite you to take a tour of our apartments, right at the heart of our building.

 

Our building, located near the Sagrada Familia, houses the apartments on the upper floors. As you step through the entrance, you'll immediately notice our coworking space on the right-hand side. To ensure privacy, separate doors lead to the coliving and coworking areas.

 

Coliving Entrance 

Simply walk straight until you reach the elevator at the end, which will take you up to the floors where the coliving apartments are situated. If you fancy some exercise, we recommend taking the stairs.

 

On your floor, you'll find two apartments. To identify yours, just check the name.

 

Living Room 

Upon entering your apartment, the common area will greet you. Here, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen with a table and a sofa, serving as the central hub from which the other rooms and spaces in the apartment flow.

 

Although not immediately apparent, our apartments are thoughtfully designed. Through the strategic distribution of spaces, rooms, and windows, we ensure much more efficient ventilation, enhancing your comfort while reducing the need for air conditioning.

 

The kitchen comes fully equipped, so you needn't worry about a thing. Alongside appliances like a microwave and dishwasher, you'll find all the kitchenware you need, including pans, pots, plates, and cutlery.

 

Coliving Rooms 

At Viu, we offer two types of coliving apartments - those with one or two bedrooms. In either case, the bedrooms can be accessed through the living room.

 

The bedrooms are move-in ready, featuring a bed, storage space for your clothes, and a window. They are designed to be comfortable and practical for our colivers.

 

Each apartment boasts its own complete bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer and all the cleaning essentials.
