Our idea was born from the desire to transform housing in Barcelona. From there, VIU was created, the first sustainable coliving + coworking in Spain. A family project that aims to bring professionals closer to the city, making them feel at home.
We offer an atmosphere of positivity and a good atmosphere by selecting our future colivers in order to create a similar and close community not only among them but also with the managers and the property.
MISSION
VIU wants to satisfy the latent needs of contemporary society and provide our clients with a community where they can bring together their social and working life in the same space.
VISION
To make VIU a point of union and interaction between people who move to the city of Barcelona on a temporary basis, mainly for professional reasons, and are looking for a place to live that meets their needs, both personal and professional.
